R728.00 Debitdd without my acknowledgement

Woke up today and they took R728 rands, went on to the app and got an invoice stating installation recovery fees.please explain to me why you doing this I don't remember canceling my wifi do where is this recovery fee coming from? Your agents they don't get back to us to confirm or try and help with this situation. Please get back to me ASAP as you took the last money I have for my work transport. I know nothing about this recovery fee even when I signed with you guys I never got any news or notification that you will be taking such amount at a certain time.
