Professionalism and Excellent Customer Service

I have been with Home-Connect for a year now and have never had issue or had to complain on their service, they have always been on top of their game. I recently had a query regarding moving from one place to another and wanted to know what steps i should take. I was assisted by the Agent by the name of Princess Nyauza and she was very thorough in her explanation and made sure i properly understand what actions i should take allow a smooth application to move to a new place. beyond that she also checked for me if they will be another cost to incur with this move and i was happy to hear with Octel there will be no extra cost for re-installation and activation at the new place.
