Problem not solved for a week now(my outgoing port 25 has been blocked)

Good day, my home-connect service is linked to this *** number. I have a static address with home-connect and after they did maintenance on my static IP that I have with them, my service that is using port 25 for my outgoing traffic stopped working or is blocked. I have been contacting home connect for a week now to resolve this issue with no luck I am losing money for this inconvenience. I need them to resolve it ASAP this is very wrong.
