PRINCESS NYAUZA

I have been struggling with Home connect from the 5 April 2023 until the 19 I eventually got connected. I spoke to so many consultants regarding my connectivity. I was told a zoom technician will come but they did not assist me with anything. I used all my airtime to call constantly with no avail. It was just a back and forth all the time. I requested that I get refunded and will look for another service provider. A Lady by the name of PRINCESS NYAUZA eventually came to my rescue she managed to get me up and running after almost 12 days of no connectivity. I want to thank her for all her affords she really managed what Zoom could not fix and her superiors. Keep up the good work girl you deserve a WHOO SHEM Somizi;s voice.
