PRINCESS from Home-Connect was truly Awesome - with client service on point [5/5 Stars]. Respectful, polite, patient, compassionate, kind & caring... with a gorgeous voice too I might ;-)

Guided me step x step, to troubleshoot & resolve my Fibre-Connectivity, one shot getting it right, even going the extra mile and pro-actively checking up with me, wrt the stability of the line thereafter.

Truly made the experience a remarkable one considering other service depts / call centres / after sales office support from other companies who really need to take a lesson or two here!!
