Price increased by 20% after just 3 months
I've been with Home Connect for 3 months. Was initially happy with their offering as their prices were affordable, but now they have increased my package price by a whopping 20%. This is a complete rip-off. When I queried this with them they blamed the Fibre provider, but other ISPs have only increased by 5% for the same package and are now cheaper than Home Connect. They clearly don't care about their customers and I will not recommend them as an ISP.

This is *******. WebAfrica charges R549 for this same package with FREE installation. (And, as far as I'm aware, their prices have not increased.)
Home Connect is trying to justify it's excessive 20% price increase through lies and miss-information.
Another example that proves they do not care about their customers.
