Poor Service Recieved

It is rather frustrating to get through to talk to an Agent at Home Connect. The WhatsApp service is slow and very impersonal and the Call Centre is inaccessible. I have been trying to get assistance an 3 WhatsApp agents have left me hanging, even now as I'm writing this review, I'm being ghosted. The Home-Connect client interface has decreased and it's getting poorer over the years. AI cannot totally replace human touch
