POOR SERVICE ON THE PRODUCT

For the past three months I have been getting intermittent WI-FI malfunction internet problem , I have called Home -Connect on numerous occasion the problem is not resolved. Vumatel came to attend the matter told me that is resolved. The problem persist , each one blame each other. To date the matter has not yet resolved, Internet is on and off. Now its dead. but i have to pay at the end beginning of the month with internet that is not used.
