Poor Service not improved.

I was hoping the service provided by Home-Connect will improve after i got feedback from that one of their representative will give me a call to resolve the issues i have but nothing has changed. I got a call from Brittney Katie who promised to resolve the matter as she told me that she escalated the matter with the relevant division for further assistance and promised to provide feedback. I gave her a full 1 month after my last email correspondence with her to follow up and i sent her a follow up email last week which she never responded to and i made another follow up on Monday 01 Aug 22 and no feedback received and in the meantime i am waiting. Last week Friday i had connectivity issues which i tried to communicate with Home-Connect through their whatsapp portal which i also find useless because you will get a confirmation that i will be directed to the next available consultant and no one assisted.

Even today at around 9:49 i sent a message on their whatsaap portal which was responded at 10:52 and i managed to talk to Shriya Maharaj which i explained my story to her and said she will transfer me to Brittney but instead of transferring me she hang up the call. Home-Connect is causing me a lot of frustration and yet i still have 2 pending queries regarding my refunds which is dragging and no one is doing anything about it but my money is debited already. I am already losing my patience and want to cancel my service with Home-Connect because it is not serving the purpose they promised to deliver. Home-Connect will lose more clients if they don't up their game by start fixing the way they do things and updating their portal so that it is user friendly, i am not even sure if the whatsapp portal is monitored or not. What i want now is my refund to be paid back to me and cancel this service at the end of Aug 22 because i cannot keep on funding their business for the poor service.
