Poor service from my trusted ISP

Poor poor service from home connect one of the ISP's I had so much faith in on the 14th of January I logged a move order sperficially did it weeks before the time because I did not want to struggle when moving in and also as I mentioned to the ladies multiple times that myself and my husband works from home and cant afford to be without wifi when we move into our home it is now the 2nd we have already moved in we are unable to work today we need to spend money at a Internet Cafe today because Home-Connect couldn't even fulfill a simple task that was logged multiple days before the actual move because we wanted to avoid this issue

Really sad that we have reffered so much people to Home-Connect as we trusted their services now we have a bad review about them
