Poor Service Delivery
Poor Service Delivery. My wifi not working for more than a week. Their processes and SLA's are not up to standard. There is no urgency to fix the line.

15 Mar 2023, 13:11Poor Service Delivery Once again. Spoken to the escalation lady Mpumi, left 2 messages for her to contact me, which she didn't. She advised me that she will sort out the IPS speed, to date this is not solved. No return of my phone calls nor any feedback given
