Poor service

Very unhappy with service. Paid for new WiFi router and am still waiting for delivery. They logged a ticket with vumatel to install the connection box and I am also still waiting for them to come to connect. It’s now day 5. I am already an existing customer but had both ******. I am running a Business and am not able to be without internet. Very disappointed
