Poor service /Customer care

Once again Home Connect have proven that they do not take customer care to heart. After my last post on Hello Peter on 29 may 2022 they contacted me and promised to investigate my problem and will revert by 30 May 2022 not later than 11h00, to date the problem has not been resolved nor have I been contacted. To say the least the service is pathetic
