POOR SERVICE

In Gqeberha we have been experiencing extremely poor download speed and connectivity issues for months. I have twice logged complaints on the Home Connect app and simply get no reply. I cannot carry on like this. Just received a general message some days ago to say there problems in PE and they are attending to it. NO IMPROVEMENT WHATSOEVER.
