Poor service

I have been a loyal customer to home connect for many years.I am late with payment this month and just needed assistance till the 15th and the agent I chatted to,Patience was so in sincere and rude,no customer service at all.I am in desperate need of the line as I work from home.I mean the 15th is only a few days away and you guys can't help a customer that's been with you for years.I need assistance with this urgently please
