Poor service

I am trying to get response from Home-Connect but all in vain as usual. Our link is very unstable the last few days and after trying Home-Connect to investigate is impossible. Not even a SMS with some info, nothing. Please help Hello Peter. Companies respond quickly when you guys get involved.
