Poor Quality Service - Unhappy customer

Home-Connect is a POOR SERVICE PROVIDER because of their failure to better manage their partner (Vumatel) to ensure that they are accountable for improving customers experience and quality of service.

Secondly, their billing system or methodology is questionable and needs urgent and serious intervention.

I am absolutely an unhappy customer.
