POOR PRODUCT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Extremely poor connection and even worst customer support. I could not even write this review because of the poor interest connection and theres no support whatsoever. This company doesn't understand or they do understand and think that we the customers are fools,since we pay in advance for a months unlimited connection yet we dont receive that which is theft,since we are not receiving what we have paid. Which ever home connect customers read this please be aware of your rights as customers as per the consumer protection act and dont get ****** by these *********** companies.

Im going to lay a complaint with the CPA.
Those who depend on an internet connection for work or study purposes or for whatever reason,be aware of which company who choose or youll be like HomeConnects customers having to buy Vodacom data,even though we pay R486 for uncapped wifi.
