POOR INTERNET SPEED. NOT GETTING THE SERVICE I PAID FOR

I have been using this service for about 5months on so, I have have the worst service ever. I subscribe for 20/10mbps. But trust me I hardly get 10mbps speed, each time I streams Netflix or any other app, all I get is buffering. I have called severally for this fix and nothing positive has happened, and I am paying so much for this with little or no service delivery. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
