Poor international speed and page connection errors

I have been using 20/20 line more than one year. Help line response has been good until the last call. Originally I was getting good speeds locally and internationally. Recommended the company to many. For some time international speed has been getting worse. Today New York, London, Singapore, Thailand download mostly around 0.5 mbps and at best 1.5 mbps. No good at all. Upload speeds are OK upto 15 mbps using http://www.speedtest.net. Local speed is 20/20. Help line's answer "We do not have international sites". I do not need Home-Connect to have international sites. I need international download speed.

Many sites give connection error and sometimes after few seconds or maybe 15 sec loads fast. Speed test the same. Test starts with zero speed and then suddenly start increasing speed. Not getting better.

I think HOME-Connect has installed frustration delay into their system. As it is now the connection is unacceptable.
