Poor First Level Technical Support

The service is poor with technical support, the first level support seems not understand that if an entire area is complains about slow and erratic internet then it cannot be an issue with my router it has to be somewhere higher up at an exchange or main routing device.They don't want to escalate to second level support and continuously frustrate me....I had enough...I rather move to another service provider due to poor service
