Poor customer service and feedback and follow up
Good product and excellent sales and follow up. Ftth is great and works 90% of the time. However technical support process and its team need some serious improvement and also the some policies and procedures which make no sense.

25 Feb 2019, 21:09I went an email to your sales manager and I got a reply from Chris who is your customer manager advising that Mpumi would contact me back. It is sad that I am yet to receive the phone call and also clarity from your customer service manager concerning few of my queries. I am not hopeful but i will wait until end of this week and see if anyone bother to call me at all.
