Poor connectivity

Starting from August 212st, our connectivity has been quite subpar, with upload speeds fluctuating between 20 and 98 despite having a 100/100 connection. Unfortunately, the response we received from Home-Connect after multiple issue reports has been unsatisfactory. Despite sending several follow-up emails with screenshots showcasing the connection speeds, there hasn't been any response. It's disappointing how Home-Connect has handled the situation.
