Poor Communication and Servic3

I logged a fault with this entity on Saturday. The service agent at the call centre was extremely helpful and even told me there was a technician pending status. No technician or agent from here called me since and I cancelled all my plans to wait for them due to the fact that there will be no one here should a tech arrive. I'm deeply disappointed with this service, honestly and I need their service for my job.
