Poor and pathetic service and speed

This is like the 5th or 6th time I'm having speed problems.. This is unacceptable I pay Alot for both my services and I have issues.. If you can't resolve it once and for all in cancelling everything

Logged a ticket still no response honestly this is pathetic

Issue is back and now worse honestly I don't know how to deal with this company anymore I'm basically overpaying for a 5 mbps line that's how slow it is.. You guys false advertise and are ********** let us pay for something and don't provide the service basically making money for free.. Never had this with other isps
