poor and ******** service

I app**** for a fibre line due to a change of ownership for the 1. March. The application was approved a few weeks ago.

On the 1. March I just got an email saying the router is on its way. To track the delivery they have a link. This link was not working.

The person at the telephone was even not helpful. She didn't give me a exact day when the router arrives.

This is poor and ******** !
