Please run away from this do called home connect internet

Every month when you maie a payment they claim to not see it, after sending your bank statement thats when they accept that you have made your payment. But the following month they deduct uour money twice. If you value your money run away from these morrons they are full of nonsense i have cancelled my plan and they gave already collected they router but they ate still deducting money from my account.
