Please assist with this issue.

I've had the best service in the 3 years I've been with Home-Connect. But ever since I changed my banking details (May 2024) I have had bad luck with Home-Connect. Apart from the numerous calls and emails with prior issues, my recent incided was that on the 17th Aug 2024 my service was suspended and yet the Debit order date is the 25th (previously it was the 15th but now no longer an option) . What is becoming a trend is that between the 15 and the 20th I will start receiving threats that my service will be suspended while the debit order date has not yet passed. I do not know how many consultants I've spoken to or logs I have created in the app, this is becoming unpleasant and ridiculous. It's a pity that I can't upload the documents as evidence of this treatment I have been getting. I recently was sent an email "reminding me" of the "agreement I made with Home-Connect" and yet I did received great assistance from Thando 767729 yesterday (18th Aug) before my birthday celebration. Interestingly enough I paid for my monthly subscription. I'm baffled as to why I am getting these emails before the AGREED DERBIT ORDER DATE.
