Payment of bill
Hi Spoke to Kamo regarding my bill payment on Friday what a great customer service. She made my experience worthwhile. Initially I required a easy pay voucher to pay my bill. However she made my experience wow by requesting my banking details and manually actioned payment online for me. Going the extra mile and I am grateful for her professionalism. Kamo keep it up hope they clone more customer service agents like you. 🙏🏿♥️
