Pathetic service of all times

I am totally flubbagusted by the agents conclusive of the Manager I have been sent from pillar to post since the 1st October 2023. I tried to downgrade one agent says this and the other says this. I sent emails back and forth...whether its Info, support or whatever they call escallations on their side. Apparently you must pay regardless whether you have a month to month contract on top of which you will not have internet but you are required to pay. Just so you know i will be at the Sandton office on Monday and hell will break loose. Your service us PATHETIC.
