Pathetic service given a run around

I want to cancel and get refund I don't want Fibre installed with you you failed to install on the time u promised me I call you today and you told me that you can't find my details I took this Fibre with vuma and the sales consultant is Portia she told me to call home connect to cancel and you telling me I must call vuma and whne goggle the number I'm being told they don't have a call center number I just want my 378 that I paid because I am not prepaid to have the worst service ever Facebook is grilling your name Twitter and Instagram please give my refund back I am not happy with your service
