Pathetic service from Home connect

The company level of service is pathetic. My fibre is down and vumatel technician came out saying that my router is been set back to default by home-connect but home-connect is saying the complete opposite.... And every time I try contacting them they are telling me 24-72 hours for activation... It's been more than 96 hours and counting but still not resolved.... I don't recommend Home-connect to anyone because they never try to resolve an issue but instead push blame to others organisations.
