Pathetic service
I have 2 products with home connect and I've received the worst internet speed and service from them on multiple occasions I have cancelled one product with them and will be cancelling the 2nd one soon I will move to a new provider as I can accept the level of service from them anymore I do not recommend them if you looking for good fibre try other companies as they do not care about customers
