Pathetic service

Most pathetic support. My fiber line went down I had to call them to inform them. Not sure how they run a network operations tlyetvrhey we're closed. They support has no clue as to what the outage is keep blaming the infrastructure provider, called the infrastructure provider and they advised no issues. Still awaiting a RFO. Can't wait to cancel this terrible contract
