Pathetic Service and rude staff

I've been with homeconnect for 1 year, pathetic services from support and pathetic salesman Mirad. I took 200 down and 200 up I never ever had that speed but I must for it, for past 3 weeks my speed was 20mbps down and 5 upload ...... Honest home connect is pathetic, staff is rude and have attitude issues, i strongly advise that clients should think twice about doing business with a Plaza internet shop like HOME CONNECT, but they wanna talk **** about afrihost, mweb and vox

I hope my issue will be resolved if not then I'll just carry on writing bad reviews about HOME CONNECT and seel help from the SA ombudsman
