Pathetic service and poor speeds

I've logged multiple tickets on the app about my slow speeds yet no one has made an effort I want to log a formal complaint I have more than 1 account and multiple people I've recommended I'm at the point where I'll change service providers and take all the friends/family I've recommended with me
