Pathetic service and *******
I made a payment to home connect 5 months ago and only to find out they changed their payment method which I was never notified of. Home-connect promised to refund me, it's 5 months now I still have not received my refund I have sent all the supporting docs they wanted several times. They don't respond to my emails they respond after weeks and still ask for the same docs I have sent, and now when I send emails there is no respond at all
