Pathetic service
I made a payment to settle my outstanding balance and I called the call center on ly to be given false promises by an agent named Kitso and mind you I study from home and have assignments to complete. I'm being told about a reconnection period of 24 to 48 hours which is ridiculous 😒. Looking for a new ISP
