Pathetic

So I called to move address I was informed that although I will be billed for said month I would also receive 1 Free month on the new address. Which actually isn't free because technically I am paying for the new address by my debit order on old address . Anyway fast forward to new address I now need in installation but this can only happen 10-12 working days. Bearing in mind I work from home🫣 so yip that's up the pole. Now when cancelling after a year I must repay for activation fee? Plus I am paying for a month of no usage.. okay thanks but whatever.. so much for good service ALWAYS HIDDEN COSTS.. AND THEN we have arrogance thrown in for good measure
