Pathetic

Terrible service service from day one, I had to actually spend the entire first day just begging them to activate my service. ***********, slow and dishonest. Despite having an app and online portal, nothing happens unless you phone them, I have tickets that were logged online months ago that are still open. Even during outages with the FNO, they first resort to blame your equipment rather than investigate that possibility. Don't fall for the free installation gimmick as this only applies should you stay for 12 months despite being advertised as month to month, you will be charged for the installation cost should you leave sooner. I'm giving a 1 star rating as 0 is not possible. I'm so glad to be leaving.
