Pathetic customer service and no reimbur*****t

I am horrified with the bad customer service that I have received from Home connect, the lady that answer the phone was rude very unhelpful and didn't even resolve my query. such pathetic poor customer service and to top it all my service was only active for a day and i was charged for and entire month and now they refusing the refund saying its against their policy. So in actual fact they have ****** me as well. I will never use home connect again, pathetic service.
