Pathetic and unacceptable service 😤

Same **** different day, only this time the tech or support guy was rude and stupid and needs to have his head checked, but no stress, so when does home connect plan on assisting me with my speeds, honestly I think I should rather move over to vodacom where I know management and obviously pay R959pm for the same package and get better service. Unacceptable service and maybe management needs to replace some staff.
