Paid Home but take ages to come back to clients

I did apply for a new lte sim only deal with Home-Connect on Friday last week and their app didnt want to do the payment !!

So i spoken to a home-connect sales rep and she send home connect FNB bank account no. ***

I did the payment and send the prood of payment for Home-Connect from my bank account and email wirh my refrence no. ***

When I check this Teusday Home-Connects portal it showed my application ref no *** and i did again a payment and Still Nobody contacted me fron Home-Connect !!

I have gotten hold of Home-Connect Wednesday and a sales rep told to upload all the proof of payments to the Home-Connect whatsapp group and still nobody contacted me !!
