Over a year strugling with sub standard internet speed from Home Connect and they dont care!

Its been over a year that we have intermittent problems with Home Connect! Yes, a year!

I recommend to stay far away from this outfit. It looks like they have very limited competent technical people in the organization, or alternately, they simply don't care.
