Outstanding service, very helpful and friendly in the transition in moving from a different ISP

Outstanding service, very helpful and friendly in the transition in moving from a different ISP. We didn't have to wait on hold for assistance from the call centre agents like we have had to with different providers. Speed has been stable for the past few days which we didn't have previously. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new ISP.
