Outstanding Service - Sheruna Gafoor

Outstanding service and support from Sheruna Gafoor who helped me with quickly migrating my Home-Connect FTTH account after terrible service from cancelling with CFibre who dragged the cancellation on the service with them. Once we got the service finally cancelled, Sheruna put all the stops to makes sure that my new hardware, router and service were all active within 5 days from cancellation. Great work and we need more people like this in the service sector.
