Outstanding service of Home-Connect
Very impressed with the internet service at Home Connect. We are very satisfied with the uninterrupted & great speed we get via HC. But what makes this company stand out from other internet service providers we had in the past, is the outstanding support they offer. No lengthily queues and very helpful skilled consultants, who go out of their way to help clients. Last week had to swap our router for a newer model which gave us extra speed. We called support to guide us through the installation process and Mr King was just amazing. Not only did he help us to get the new router up and running, he also helped us getting our internet extender connected to the new router after his work hours from home, which was out of his work scope. Thank you !!
