Allow me to take this opportunity to thank one of your esteemed member of your Team – Khule. Just want to express my sincere gratitude and thank him for the great customer service he has provided, I have been offline with my FTTH for four days, though Home Connect is an agent of my service provider, Khule was the star and savior of the day. I am pleased about how he saved the day with continuous updates, follow ups, guidance and patience even after hours. My Service Provider was clueless and ineffective on resolving the downtime, but he stepped in with grace and patience and made sure that the FTTH is back online. If it wasn’t for him, am certain I would have still been frustrated and it is on this grounds that am porting my line to Home Connect.

He truly saved the day. Team members like him will definitely help your organisation to be successful. He made all the difference.
