Outstanding Customer Service Experience

The customer service ladies were very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They kept me updated, I didn’t need to call them. I received installation on the 2nd day and my router was dispatched that afternoon. Amy was superb alongside her colleague. Wish I did this sooner!
