Outstanding customer service by Prudence Matlou

I have joined Home connect in April 2021, to which I have had numerous issues. This could be expected as it was an upcoming fiber company. Customer service was not always the best but I am finally glad to have come in contact with one of your excellent customer service representative, Prudence Matlou she has changed my outlook on the company and its customer service. Well done for the improvement.

I would like to thank Prudence Matlou for the excellent service I received today, 30 December 2021 and in the short amount of time. It is great to know you keep your customers updated on the process at which you are. Going forward I would request for your help with any issues or concerns I have, due to the service I received from you.
